ODI to ADWC Connection Test Error "libclntsh.so.12.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory" (Doc ID 2546575.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12.2.1.3.0, when trying to test the connection to an Autonomous Data Warehouse Cloud Service (ADWC) data server using the JavaEE agent, the following error occurs:

oracle.odi.runtime.agent.invocation.InvocationException: ODI-1274: Agent Exception Caused by: /<DIR>/oracle/OCI/instantclient_12_2/libocijdbc12.so: libclntsh.so.12.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

NOTE: Testing the data server via "Local (No Agent)" the connection succeed.
