Symptoms

While upgrading SOA from 12.2.1.0.0 to 12.2.1.3.0, reconfiguration wizard throws below errors when clicking next after completing JDBC Data Source Test step.

a fatal error has occurred
com.oracle.cle.wizard.tasks.TasksExecutionException:Task
[com.oracle.cle.wizard.domain.gui.Tasks.ShadowTableConfiguarionGUITask]
execution aborted,no datasource found
