Some WebCenter Portal Templates Pages Show a Shadow/Duplicate Page Name/Title in All Pages or Tabs.

Shadow Page Name / Title will look like this:

Issue can happen with Custom Page Templates upgraded from 11g to 12c or using Out of the Box Page Templates like Skyros Top Navigation.
