Setting Conflict For WebCenter Content Affecting Elasticsearch And Documents In WebCenter Portal (Doc ID 2549159.1)

Symptoms

WebCenter Portal (WCP) and WebCenter Content (WCC) have been configured for SSL.  After this, in WCP > Tool and Services > Search Settings > Scheduler the Configuration URL shows "URL Is 
Secured. Ensure Credentials Are Valid" when Test is clicked. 

The Configuration URL is:
https://<HOSTNAME>:<SSL_PORT>/cs/idcplg?IdcService=SES_CRAWLER_DOWNLOAD_CONFIG&source=default 

This URL does work when put directly into the browser: 
https://<HOSTNAME>:<SSL_PORT>/cs/idcplg?IdcService=SES_CRAWLER_DOWNLOAD_CONTROL&source=default&user=wcp-crawler&password=<PASSWORD>&IsSoap=1
