How To Enable SSL For WebCenter Forms Recognition WebVerifier (Doc ID 2549247.1)

Goal

It is necessary to enable SSL for WFR WebVerifier 12c. The following documentation has been reviewed.

However, certificate creation is not possible due to not being able to see the properties for WebVerifier in IIS.
