Seeing Error "You Are Already Logged In On Another Machine. Please Log Out First And Try Again" In WFR WebVerifier (Doc ID 2549295.1)

Symptoms

When a user logs in to WebCenter Forms Recognition (WFR) WebVerifier from a network for the first time, login is successful.  However, if an IP of the user changes, the user is seeing the below error:

"You are already logged in on another machine. Please log out first and try again"
