Scenarios Started in Studio Execute while Scenarios in Scheduled Load Plans Do Not (Doc ID 2549380.1)

Symptoms

When manually starting a Scenario from Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12c Studio, it executes fine on a remote Agent on another machine.

However, the same Scenario in a Load Plan set to start via a schedule on that same Agent does not.
