OGG BDA FileWriter/HDFS (abended) Replicats Fail On The Re-start With Java Exceptions - Error is Task oracle.goldengate.util.taskmanager.TaskPoolRunnable (Doc ID 2549599.1)

Symptoms

GG for Big Data replicat is configured to use a FileWriter adapter to create and send AVRO files to Azure Data Lake.

After restoring the communication some of the replicats still abending, while others run w/o issues. The replicats are using the same HDFS configuration.

The exceptions stack:

ERROR 2019-05-02 15:25:59.000654 [main] - Schedule of Execution of task FileFinalizeTask rejected, Error is Task oracle.goldengate.util.taskmanager.TaskPoolRunnable@18a3962d rejected from oracle.goldengate.util.taskmanager.TaskExecutor@78aea4b9[Running, pool size = 10, active threads = 10, queued tasks = 1000, completed tasks = 0]
ERROR 2019-05-02 15:25:59.000657 [main] - org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error creating bean with name 'userExitDataSource' defined in class path resource [oracle/goldengate/datasource/DataSource-context.xml]: Bean instantiation via factory method failed; nested exception is org.springframework.beans.BeanInstantiationException: Failed to instantiate [oracle.goldengate.datasource.GGDataSource]: Factory method 'getDataSource' threw exception; nested exception is java.util.concurrent.RejectedExecutionException: Task oracle.goldengate.util.taskmanager.TaskPoolRunnable@18a3962d rejected from oracle.goldengate.util.taskmanager.TaskExecutor@78aea4b9[Running, pool size = 10, active threads = 10, queued tasks = 1000, completed tasks = 0]
