Goal
Currently, the only way to unlock a WebCenter Enterprise Capture batch locked to another user/workstation is through Enterprise Manager or WLST commands. There is a business need to have this over-write capability for a manager or supervisor, and available through the Capture Client either through a role or a separate Client Profile. How can this be accomplished?
