**** IMPORTANT NOTE **

Any Customers planning to upgrade Exalogic Virtual rack to April 2019 PSU 2.0.6.3.190416 should be applying the fixup steps mentioned in SOLUTION section of this MOS Note after the PSU upgrade is completed.

Symptoms

After upgrading Exalogic Virtual racks to April 2019 PSU 2.0.6.3.190416, Issue of unable to start/create vServers from EMOC is noticed.

Looking at vServer creation job log we see below "failed to add members to IB partition 0008 on physical fabric" error. Below is snippet of EMOC job log showing error.
