Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, OSB Upgrade Wizard

Post Upgrade OSB and SOA Managed Servers showing Warning on missing JmsDispatcher Work Manager

after we upgraded the SOA and OSB from 12.1.3 to 12.2.1.3, managed servers are reporting that JmsDispatcher work manager is missing and falling back to use default work manager. Should there be JmsDispatcher on weblogic 12.2.1.3 as we now see FEJmsDispatcher and BEJMSDispatcher work managers. As anything which wants to use JmsDispatcher is using threads from default workmanager, all OSB/SOA services are running very slow in the test performed..
