Symptoms

Pages are Rendering as "ContentServer Error" and in the sites.log: "GENERIC SERVER ERROR"

When requesting pages in our website, some are rendering as "ContentServer Error".

In the sites.log from the same time, we see the following error:

[ERROR] [.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] [fatwire.logging.cs.request] COM.FutureTense.Common.ContentServerException: ContentServerException: (Reading page page: ?c=<assettype>&cid=<assetid>&context=Page:<assetid>:{Template}&pagename={SiteCatalog entry}&rendermode=live from co-resident Content Server failed (errno=0).) Error code:GENERIC SERVER ERROR
