Goal

This MOS Note provides detailed steps on how to blacklist IP's from EMOC in Exalogic Virtual racks.

In Exalogic Virtual racks, in EMOC we have Reserved, Allocated, Used and Blacklisted IP's. Only Reserved IP's can be blacklisted as they are not allocated to vDC account and not assigned & used by any Guest vServer.
