Performance Problem With The HTTP Adapter (Doc ID 255435.1)

Symptoms

When publishing a message through the HTTP adapter the message can take up to 10 sec. to be processed depending on how many transformation steps need to be carried out.
The following shows an example where 10 times the adapter went into sleep mode for one second.
