SALT Gateway GWWS Gets Hung over HTTPS (Doc ID 2555153.1)

Symptoms

Experiencing GWWS hung situation. GWWS becomes unresponsive and SALT client cannot make Tuxedo calls via HTTPS.
Problem occur only GWWS (HTTPS) while normal HTTP via GWWS gateway still normal. See many CLOSE_WAIT state connections for GWWS binding endpoint port. It's needed to shutdown GWWS to clear CLOSE_WAIT.
