Symptoms

After configuring the OAM 12.2.1.3.0 WebGate for OpenIDConnect communication with the OAM server as outlined in the OAM Admin Guide to set response headers based on the user phone number and address, the headers are not set as a response when a resource protected by the corresponding policy in the WebGate configuration is accessed.
