CSV Download is Not Working Properly in Google Chrome 75+

Symptoms
In Apex Classic report, trying to download csv works as expected up to chrome V 74.x.
Default download (CSV Export) option is not working properly in Google Chrome browser version 75. CSV is getting downloaded in-spite of the Error.
The downloaded CSV is fine, and the APEX page can be brought back with a page reload operation. However, this is annoying behavior for end users.
