Symptoms
If the "Max Number of Concurrent Connections" is set to multiple virtual servers, it is limited by the sum of all requests in the instance.
"Max Number of Concurrent Connections" is set from EM console as bellow.
- EM Console -> WebLogic Domain -> Administration -> OTD Configurations -> Configuration Name -> Virtual Servers -> Virtual Server Name -> Request Limits -> Request Limit Name
- Set "Connections" param.
It's also able to check form obj.conf file.
