Oracle Traffic Director "request-limit-exceeded" Error With Fewer Requests Than the "max-connections" Defined (Doc ID 2556696.1)

If the "Max Number of Concurrent Connections" is set to multiple virtual servers, it is limited by the sum of all requests in the instance.

"Max Number of Concurrent Connections" is set from EM console as bellow.

EM Console -> WebLogic Domain -> Administration -> OTD Configurations -> Configuration Name -> Virtual Servers -> Virtual Server Name -> Request Limits -> Request Limit Name
Set "Connections" param.

It's also able to check form obj.conf file.
