OGG Integrated Replicat Not Replicating All Changes (Doc ID 2556985.1)

Symptoms

Discovered an issue with Golden Gate replication where not all changes are replicated. Specifically, we've discovered a scenario where an IR(Integrated Replicat) does not replicate an update statement when two updates are executed on the same record in the same transaction. Integrated replicat is only executing the second update statement. The first update is not replicated.
