Symptoms
Oracle Enterprise Data Quality for Product Data (EDQP) version 11.1.1.6.3 Deployment Fails with an error starting the Oracle EDQP deployment and the state shows as: Prepared
The Weblogic Server (WLS) Admin Console Summary of Deployments page shows the following Error:
weblogic.management.DeploymentException: [J2EE:160149]Error while processing library references. Unresolved application library references, defined in weblogic-application.xml: [Extension-Name: adf.oracle.domain.oracle.jsp.next, exact-match: false]
