The following messages are reported when starting Oracle Data Integrator (ODI ) Studio:
After applying Patch 29548832 on ODI 22.214.171.124.181204 bundle patch (also known as ODI 126.96.36.199.1), the following warning message is received when logging into ODI Studio:
ODI-26209: The repository contains map component definitions that are newer than the ones supported by the current client version. Certain operations involving mappings may not function correctly. It is recommended to update your client to a newer version. Do you want to continue?
In addition, the ODI Studio log shows:
ODI-17653: Source line isnt found.[[ at oracle.odi.domain.util.Assert.isTrue(Assert.java:56) at oracle.odi.domain.project.OdiProcedure.moveLineBefore(OdiProcedure.java:913) at oracle.odi.domain.project.AbstractComponentKM.moveLineBefore(AbstractComponent KM.java:2384) at oracle.odi.scripting.odixml.MappingBuilderXMLParser$32.doInTransaction(Mapping BuilderXMLParser.java:2190) at oracle.odi.scripting.MultiCallTransactionTemplate.executeCallback(MultiCallTra nsactionTemplate.java:147) at oracle.odi.scripting.MultiCallTransactionTemplate.addCallback(MultiCallTransac tionTemplate.java:75) at oracle.odi.scripting.MultiCallTransactionTemplate.addCallback(MultiCallTransac tionTemplate.java:65) at oracle.odi.scripting.odixml.MappingBuilderXMLParser.endElement(MappingBuilderX MLParser.java:2215) at ... at oracle.odi.adapter.GlobalObjectHelper.loadAllKMs(GlobalObjectHelper.java:496) at oracle.odi.adapter.OdiAdapter.refreshRepositorySeededObjects(OdiAdapter.java:5 70) at ...
If using ODI 188.8.131.52.190415, 184.108.40.206.190515 or more recent bundle patch, the following warning message is received when logging into ODI Studio:
ODI-26210: The repository contains map component and KM definitions that are older than the ones supported by the current client version. Clicking Yes will continue the login and the map component definitions will be updated. Clicking No will disconnect from the repository without updating. Do you want to continue?
In both cases, if you click "Yes", the connection to the Repositories is successful.
However, the warning is persistent, and arises every time ODI Studio is started.
Note that such behavior is not observed in a freshly created environment, where the ODI Repositories have been created using the ODI 220.127.116.11.190415, 18.104.22.168.190515 and more recent RCU.
