Symptoms
WebLogic leaks permanent space using production redeployment a application which uses EL with JSF on WLS 12.1.3.
Eventually WebLogic is down by java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Perm Gen space.
You can see that a javax.el.BeanELResolver holds ChangeAwareClassLoader with user classes forever as follows.
