Symptoms

Apache Web server was upgraded from 2.2.26 to 2.4.29 for use with WebLogic 10.3.6.0.

When trying to configure this 2.4.29 version of Apache to be used as a proxy to WebLogic using the same plugin 11g plugin, the following error is seen
