Symptoms
In OGG 12.2,the parameter EOFDELAYCSECS=10 was set to force REPLICAT to poll EOF of Trail file every 100 milisecond (10 centiseconds).
After upgrade to OGG 12.3,the functionality of the parameter was not achieved.
This same behavior happened in another environment where OGG 12.3 was upgraded to OGG 18.1.
