Symptoms

When attempting to view the steps of a specific Load Plan's execution logs in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Studio 12c, an error occurs:

Opening the Load Plan object and viewing the steps shows that it contains one particular entry that is represented by a folder icon and a blank name.  If the blank step is deleted, it reappears when the object is next opened.
