SSO Environment : Start/End Date Update Failed (Doc ID 2559575.1)

Symptoms

In an SSO integrated environment where OID is the configured with OIM using OID connector(AOB) : While modifying an account that is already provisioned, updating date attribute (start and end date) throws exception with date format error

1. Integrate OIM-OAM
2. Configure OID connector as AO based
3. Create user in OIM with start date and end date
4. User is provisioned to target system with the expected start date and end date
5. Modify user end date/start date - Enddate Updated/StartdAte Updated taskfails with the wrong format exception in logs

Error seen in logs :
"[LDAP: error code 19 - Active Start and End Dates must be in UTC format (YYYYMMDDHHMMSSz) without any dashes, hyphens"
