Where Are the Logs for a Watchlist Manager Error? (Doc ID 2559898.1)

When an error occurs in Watchlist Manager is may simply state "Error saving watchlist. Check logs for more information." or something similar.  No details on the error are provided.  Where is the log in which this error can be checked?
