"INVALID REPRESENTATION" When Trying to Convert DB Character set Using DMU (Doc ID 2560820.1)

 Trying to Convert DB character set from WE8ISO8859P1 to AL32UTF8  using DMU, however, there are failures related to APEX schemas (19.1 in this case) that is  preventing the character conversion.
