Symptoms
Editors Cannot Change Tabs in Contributor UI if Action Performed in Other Tab
Steps to reproduce issue:
1) In the Contributor UI, inspect 2 assets (asset A and B)
2) Go to tab A (tab for asset A)
3) Click Edit
4) While the content form is being loaded try to go to Tab B
It does not work. In general, while you are doing some action in a tab, you cannot switch to another tab to do some other work.
