Database 19.3
Windows 10 64-bit

Problem
----------------
SQL Developer shows the wrong object owner when displaying the package body details.

If the user expands the package body in the hierarchy tree and then clicks to display a table's details (CTRL + Click on the object), the product shows the wrong owner.


Steps to reproduce
---------------------------
1.) Use a user with DBA Role granted to run these statements.
