Changing Browser Language Does Not Modify Date Format For All Date Fields (Doc ID 2561505.1)

Symptoms

Changing the browser language from English(EN) to say Spanish(ES), the provisioned date format for accounts, entitlements and roles changes. Changing the browser language from English(EN) to say Spanish(ES), some date fields are changed to dd/mm/yyyy format, while others remain in the mm/dd/yyyy format.
For example: Under Manage/Users section, while navigating through Roles/Entitlements/Accounts tabs, the "Start Date" field is in mm/dd/yyyy
format.But the "Assigned in" and "Provisioned" fields are in dd/mm/yyyy format.

The display format must be the same for all date fields..
