Symptoms

When attempting to run patch_wls_oim.sh on a clustered OIM environment.  The script should undeploy and redeploy the rest application under normal circumstances.  In this case, the patch_wls_oim.log shows the following:

We are unable to redeploy the rest.ear in this environment.

Changes

Applying a bundle patch to OIM clustered environment.  No other known changes
