When attempting to create a new OAM user identity store in the OAM console, when the Test Connection button is pressed after providing the user store configuration "Invalid Identity Store Configuration. The specified user search base is invalid." is shown.
A review of the AdminServer diagnostic logs shows an error similar to the following:
