Symptoms

On OID 11.1.1.9, Database 12.1.0.2

 OID users are unable to connect to DB
When users try to connect, they got error message:

SQL> connect /
ERROR:
ORA-28043: invalid bind credentials for DB-OID connection

The associated trace file is created when trace is enabled:

KZLD is doing LDAP unbind
KZLD_ERR: failed from kzldob_open_bind.
