Approval Workflow Rules and/or Home Organization Policy Rules Cannot Be Opened (Doc ID 2562331.1)

In the System Administration UI, after selecting Workflows > Approval, the Approval Workflow Rules tab opens but the Operation column is truncated and none of the operations can be selected.

After selecting System Configuration > Home Organization Policy, the Home Organization Policy tab opens but the policy cannot be selected.


When the issue occurs, there are no errors in the logs.


 SOA, ADF or WCP patches have recently been applied.
