OAM 12c & 11g Webgate is Sending OAMRequestContext Cookie with Very Long Expiration Date (Doc ID 2562678.1)

Symptoms

OAMRequestContext cookie is set with a date that does not match with the corresponding to the system time on the WebGate host this happens only in Solaris environment (webgate) and also only on IE browser.

Using the IE : 11.1146.16299.0,Update Versions: 11.0.125
Using Latest webgate 12.2.1.3 is 12.2.1.3.181207 (BP04) WebGates.
