Performance Issue With EBS User Management Connector After Applying Fix For Bug 26001476 (Doc ID 2562717.1)

Symptoms

Using OIM EBS User management 11.1.1.5 version and applied the patch for <Bug 26001476> EBS CONNECTOR DOES NOT DETECT CHANGES TO ROLES OR RESP DURING INCREMENTAL RECON. After applying the patch, the connector provisioning performance has gone down. Additionally, there were errors related to OWSM:

 Steps to reproduce:

1- Install and configure EBS User Management 11.1.1.5 connector.
2- Apply connector patch for <Bug 26001476>
3- Test provisioning via the connector.
