Prevent Self Certification for Role does not work as expected when there is a proxy user.
Use case description:
=========================
User3 is a Manager for User1,User2
User4 is Manager for User3
User1 is a proxy for User3 in OIM
Assign both Role1 and Role2 to Users: User1,User2,User3.
Cert -Type : Role Type
Content selection : Selected Roles > Role1,Role2 > members only > Config : Prevent self review : User Manager >Reviewer : User3
Behavior:
User1 receives Role Cert. But User1 and User2 are in certs.
User4 receives Role Cert for only User3.
Expected:
User1 & User3's review should have gone to User4 for review.
User1 should review the roles only with User2
