Symptoms

WebCenter Content Server version 12.2.1.3.0

Error generated when attempting to convert TIFF file with ZIP compression:

Failed to export document 'XXXXXXX' using template '' and layout ''. Export process: 'hcexport'

Working as expected with standard TIFF or TIFF file with  group 3 or Group 4 compression.
