Oracle Access Manager 11g (OAM 11.1.2.3.x) Loop After OAM Idle Time Out When Integrated With Siebel

On reaching OAM idle time out, navigating to any different link on the application displays a loop on the browser instead of displaying login page
Refresh the page then login page is displayed
