Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
This issue occurred post-GoldenGate upgrade, going from 11.2.1.0.20 to 12.3.0.1.0.

Customer done multiple upgrade for their customer. Customer hit the bellow issue on two systems after upgrade.

System-1

./extract: symbol lookup error: ./extract: undefined symbol: _ZN3ggs5gglib9ggunicode7UString4nposE
