OID 12c oid_setup Fails or Unable to Start OID After Port Change with oidmon Log Error: "/bin/oiddispd: error while loading shared libraries: libclntshcore.so.12.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory" (Doc ID 2566998.1)

Symptoms

OS: Linux SLES 12.

Symptom 1: oid_setup(orcladminPassword='<password>',odsPassword='<password>',port=389,sslPort=636,realmDN='dc=<company>,dc=com')

Fails, unable to start OID instance.


Symptom 2: Changing ports on existing OID1 component (ldapmodify of orclnonsslport and orclsslport to 389/636) then starting oid fails:
