The goal of this document is to explain why ORA-06512: at "APEX_050100.WWV_FLOW_UPGRADE" occurs and how to correct it.
Symptoms
On : 5.1.3 version
When attempting to run apexins.sql on 12.2.0.1 DB,
the following errors occur.
