The patch can be downloaded from My Oracle Support Portal (MOS). For the direct link to the patch, use 8.5.4.14.190715 (patch 30029523). Go through readme.txt file for installation instructions.
- This bundle patch can be installed on top of 8.5.4 CC GA or on any previous 8.5.4 CC BP.
- Future bundle patches to OIT 8.5.4 CC will be cumulative updates to this bundle patch.
