Translation XML to JSON failed due to "org.xml.sax.SAXException: Cannot write end element" (Doc ID 2568879.1)

Goal

Translation XML to JSON failed due to the following error in diagnostic log.
This issue occurred after applying the <Patch 27848408>(Merge <Patch 29509641>), and <Patch 29264247>(Merge <Patch 29591965>) for SOA, and setting with -Doracle.osb.json.nillable.support=true option.  Also, this issue occurs if the translation data type was decimal, not occurs in case of string.
