How to Stop Overlapping of Coulmns In Account Tab (Doc ID 2568918.1)

Account Details such as Application Name, Resource,Account Name, Provisioned On, Status, Account Type, Request ID, Start Date and End Date in the Account tab are all over lapped

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Login to identity self service page with system administrator.
2. Click on "Manage" Tab and click on "Users" tile
3. Search and open the one of the existing users.
4. Click on "Accounts" tab and Account Details (Application Name, Resource,Account Name, Provisioned On, Status, Account Type, Request ID, Start Date and End Date) are displaying columns too tightly.

Is there a way to not have these columns over lapped so all values can be seen?
