Error Transfering File With Message "MFT-4202 File ... Does Not Exist In The File System" (Doc ID 2569023.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.3.0 version, MFT Runtime Server

There is a MFT cluster with the properly configured (via Inbound/Outbound datasources or control files).

Now and then, it is observed that the files are not picked and the transfer can not be completed due to following error message:

Creation Time:23-Jul-2019 18:00:09

Cause: File does not exist in the file system.

Action: If the file has been purged, restore the file and resubmit the appropriate message.

Error Description: MFTException [threadName=JCA-work-instance:JMSAdapter-10, errorID=d82b36ab-e7ab-400c-ba9a-5c2fde62a45d, errorDesc=MFT-4202_File /u01/app/oracle/domains/domain_name/mft/shared/storage/181/222/0268aeeaffb340f58839e193e979c1fb does not exist in the file system., ]
