ESSO Logon Manager client fails to recognize a web application on Windows 10
The ESSO-LM client does not inject the credentials into a web application after creating the application template in the ESSO Administrative Console.
The ESSO-LM client successfully recognizes the application and injects the user's credentials into the logon form on the web application page.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Create an application template for the web application in the ESSO Administrative Console.
- Publish the application template to the repository.
- Open the IE web browser and enter the URL for the web application.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the ESSO-LM client to authenticate to a web application.
