Does Oracle Host Java SE Releases on an External Server or Website that Allows Automated Download (Doc ID 2569406.1)

Goal

After the Java SE licensing changes became effective with the April Critical Patch Update (CPU), automated downloads from Oracle TechNetwork (OTN) is not possible, as downloads now require login credentials and use POST requests.

Is there another way to automate the Java SE 8 downloads from Oracle, such as an FTP server, that can be used for direct download and avoid using HTTP(S) requests?
