Forms Marketplace VM Provisioning Script Fails if WLS/DB Password Minimum Requirements Not Met (Doc ID 2570369.1)

Symptoms

User provisions a Forms Marketplace image only entering an eight character password for WLS during the provisioning steps.

The provisioning will continue but the connection to WLST will fail silently because there are no numbers in the password string resulting in an invalid password.

The startup_config.log will show an error like the following:
